Meet Zach Newman, SignNow’s Tech Support Representative at the Newport Beach office, who assists SignNow customers daily and answers all of their technical questions. From troubleshooting all technical problems to working directly with SignNow customers, SignNow’s team members dedicate themselves to customer satisfaction and support everyday.
Q: How long have you been working in tech support at SignNow?
A: I joined SignNow back in August 2016, so I’m approaching my first year since joining.
Q: What do you most enjoy about working for SignNow?
A: I most enjoy the people I work with, as well as the product. SignNow helps people on a daily basis and makes their lives and businesses better. I also enjoy how positive SignNow’s work environment is; no matter what technical trouble we encounter,we always find a solution as a team.
Q: How do you ensure customer support and satisfaction everyday?
A: I ensure customer support and satisfaction by dedicating myself to giving as much information and assistance as possible. I get any issue resolved to the fullest, no matter how minor or major the issue is. I believe that no user should ever be left behind or feel neglected, regardless of what their trouble is.
Q: What are your favorite SignNow features?
A: It’s kind of a toss up between the ‘Create a Copy’ and ‘Import Fields’ features, with how often users need to create new versions of existing documents or just make minor adjustments. Both features make business processes easier and streamlined, and they work in conjunction together more often than not.
Q: Any final words about technology and e-signature in the business world?
A: E-signature to me is a great step forward in reducing our paper waste around the world, as we can now more easily create documentation without paper waste. E-signatue is also streamlined, which speeds up how fast folks can get their documents out and returned without needing to track people down. SignNow is easily able to be done at leisure, and thus makes many prior online forms faster to take care of.
